Trends such as falling pass rates or rising scores achieved by those attempting to defraud the system can often help with planning and preparing for future operations – or refining the scope of future testing to manage risks. Anomalies consisting of unusual combinations of performance data sometimes indicate undetected activity by bad actors. And inconsistent data outputs sometimes show configuration errors across a biometric system, warranting further investigation.
